About Hasya
Hasya is a product of Socean Network (OPC) Private Limited. Hasya is used for online booking of offline events such as daily sports and other recreational activities.
Who Can Use Hasya
You must be 18 or older to use Hasya. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
Your Account
Your Hasya account is your little home here. Please:
- Provide accurate details.
- Keep your login safe.
- Understand that anything done through your account is treated as your action.
How to Behave on Hasya
Treat Hasya like a shared community space. Members must not engage in:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- hate speech;
- sexual content;
- threats or violence;
- spam or scams;
- sharing another person's personal information.
You can report messages and block other members in the app. Hasya reviews reports and may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
Participation in Sports & Activities
Proper attire
Proper attire is required for all sports activities. For example:
- Football: turf shoes/boots only, no barefoot play.
- Basketball/Badminton: non-marking shoes.
Equipment
Some turfs offer rentals (e.g., badminton rackets, basketball shoes). Please check availability directly with the organizer or venue.
Risk
Many sports involve physical contact. By joining an activity, you accept all risks. Hasya/Socean Network is not responsible for injuries, and purchasing a ticket means you agree to participate at your own discretion.
Changes to Activities
Activities and events may change—timings, availability, capacity, pricing, or other details. This is normal and sometimes necessary.
Platform Limitations
While we aim to keep everything running smoothly, Hasya is provided as-is. We are not liable for issues such as:
- App downtime or technical interruptions
- Incorrect or outdated activity listings
- Errors in descriptions
- Delayed payment confirmations or technical failures in payment systems
Payments
Payments are processed through trusted, licensed payment partners. Whatever charges you see at checkout—fees, taxes, etc.—are exactly what apply.

User Responsibility
By using Hasya, you agree not to misuse the platform. You also agree that you will not hold Hasya/Socean Network responsible for any consequences of your misuse or violation of these terms.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. If you continue using Hasya after changes are published, it means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under Indian jurisdiction.
